After being weighed at the Dr. office the Dr. said that Tommy is growing like a rocket. We often like to refer to his feedings as refueling the rocket. He is over 10 pounds now!
In other family happenings, Joey has been playing football at recess and before school. He loves to talk about breaking tackles and throwing awesome passes. He could talk about it for hours. He is totally bummed that one of the teachers will not allow them to play football anymore at recess. He told me that he doesn't like it when she is on recess duty and it is so much better when the other teachers are out because they let them play football. Mind you that they do play rough! He was bummed out today because this same teacher won't even let them play two hand touch football anymore. The politics of recess and teachers are learned at such a young age!
Thanks to all you concerned Cougar fans that have supported Joe in this terrible incident with the Ute bumper sticker on his truck. Joe does feel bad that he falsely accused some of you loyal Utes. With all due respect, please accept his humble apology. We now have a suspect(s) and revenge is being planned.

I love the pictures of Tommy next to his Teddy bear...they really show how big he is getting! You have to be careful with nicknames like the Rocket though...they tend to stick!!! :) Although, "Joey and the Rocket" has a nice ring to it...like a children's book.

What an adorable little rocket..you can really see his face filling out. I actually saw Joey at recess or before school with his football and he was just grinning..i had a feeling that he loved the sport..you can read his body language..what a guy!

Ya, I've heard all about those "two hand touch" football games at recess. I'm pretty sure it's tackle football. "Not that there is anything wrong with that!" Way better than chasing the girls :)

I'm so glad you have a blog! Your little Tommy is so precious and it is so fun to see Joey holding him and being such a BIG brother! It looks like you have a future football player on your hands. He could make you lots of $ if only that teacher would let him practice at recess! Hahaha! Condolences for the vandalized truck....That is so sad! I hope you catch them and make them pay big time! I need to get me one of those t-shirts!
